Thirty Square is a young practice that is based in Mumbai and was initiated in 2019. The firm provides consultancy services in Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design and Graphics. The practice believes in a minimal and functionally driven aesthetic approach as its core design philosophy.
The objective of the practice is to strike an ideal balance between the built and the un-built realm through an integrated approach reflecting at all scales- from Master Planing to Furniture Design.
SWARADA POYAREKAR
Principal Architect- Urban Designer
Swarada Poyarekar is an Architect-Urban Designer and she specializes in Master plans, housing, waterfronts and Streetscape projects. Previously, she has worked on projects pertaining to tourism development, heritage masterplans, mass housing, streetscape design, transit oriented developments, social infrastructure and waterfront development across the country.
Swarada graduated from CEPT University in 2013 , Ahmedabad with a master’s degree in Urban Design and has a bachelor’s degree from Rizvi College of Architecture, University of Mumbai.
